She is President of the National Black MBA Association Seattle Chapter, founded on the principles of economic and intellectual empowerment. Traci is a 3-time international best-selling author, who contributed to `Ignite Happiness', 'Ignite Your Inner Spirit', and 'Ignite Possibilities'. Traci's latest book and video series is part of the 'Bigger Than Me Success Series', and is called 'Transformational Inclusive Leadership' with Mind, Heart & Soul.
