Love is…. a frequency that connects you to a higher consciousness
I will discuss energy, frequency and vibration and focus on frequencies based on Hawkins scale of consciousness in particular on the emotion love. All emotions have frequencies and negative feelings and emotions can lower our frequencies. We determine which particular now we attract based on the energy we are emitting in our energy field. I will discuss sympathetic resonance and how this can raise consciousness of the planet. I will highlight some practical ways and techniques to release negative feelings and emotions and how to raise your vibrations to the frequency of love and beyond using meditation and focus on mindfulness. I will describe a scientifically backed emotional intelligence system with the core focus on mindfulness using positive psychology techniques. Learn how you can heal, transform and evolve to create a life that you love and one that your soul will be grateful for as well as creating a positive ripple effect on the planet.
Beejal Coulson is the Creator and Founder of Quantum Life Technique, and Clinical Hypnotherapist based in the UK and Mallorca. She began her career in Academia / Education and pursued her role successfully as a University Senior Lecturer in Marketing and Psychology for 21 years and a life/business coach for 10 years before she experienced a major life transition 7 years ago. She went on to train in Rapid Transformational Therapy and dedicated herself to her new vocation building a thriving clinical practice treating clients from all over the world with medical and mental health conditions. Through her own health transformation, fascination with the Quantum world and Neuroscience, being deeply inspired by the teachings for 2 decades of so many in the personal development field, she has created an incredible modality called Quantum Life Technique. It helps people to access their superconscious mind through guided meditation to discover/gain clarity over their highest potentials using the power of the Quantum field and align them to creating and living the life of their wildest dreams. She has also founded Quantum Life Technique Training Academy so she can train others to spread the magic of helping people raise consciousness across the globe by aligning to their highest potentials. Beejal has been running vision boarding workshops for the past 15 years.
